I think it because its Chibis first time doing it and its spesael for everyone.
Cause in the story it says that chibi was the most importet one in the famliy and that he's littel and he only leard one thing.
They celebrate because it was Chibi's first time to dive. JEM
Because he was small and it took alot of time to do.
because he was behand his beroters and sisters and his bothers and sisters alleradey know waddle line up follow the leader and belly-whopper splash.

they celebrate chibi is the youngest duckling and the litteles duckling takesa long time to learne new stuff.e.z
I think because they are proud to see a ducklinng dive under water.And so he could get his own food by his self under the water.And the people will think the duckling is growing up.

Because she is the smallest duckling of all and she was the lastone to be born and she lerarned it by her self.
